Yes, I TOTALLY agree and recommend that proper weightlifting can be accomplished within an hour. I do a lot of lifting that includes 8-10 sets with 6-8 repetitions for muscle toning but it doesn’t help if the gym is busy!
I just had 2 classes this morning that consisted of strength & conditioning, followed by weightlifting so my Monday’s & Wednesday’s are ALWAYS swamped.
